Trypsin grades
The proteolytic action of trypsin is used across broad contexts, from mass spectrometry to meat tenderising. In vaccine production, cells are detached from their vessels with trypsin, which cuts cell attachment proteins without harming the cells. In whey protein hydrolysis it makes amino acids more readily bioavailable.
